01 / Your calendar

Both dates are inclusive. The buffer removes calendar days at the end. This is your dispatch deadline, not a customer delivery estimate.

Working days

Add holidays, leave and days you cannot work. Holidays are not automatically excluded.

02 / Protect your time

Use remaining hours for all existing commitments. Include making, finishing, packing and admin in minutes per order. New orders are assumed to need the same time each; setup applies once per batch.

How the estimate works

Working days × productive hours × time left after reserve, minus existing commitments and one batch setup. The remaining minutes are divided by time per new order, rounded down. Work is assumed to be sequential and can span days.

A date is shown only when all planned work fits. “Fits” is an estimate under your assumptions, not a delivery guarantee.
